You will be given an estimated delivery timeframe when placing an order. ZJewelry will do its best to meet these estimates but does not guarantee delivery times.
You must sign a confirmation upon receiving your order. If the recipient differs from the purchaser (e.g., a gift), the signed receipt still serves as proof of delivery and fulfillment.
ZJewelry reserves the right to update its shipping policies without prior notice.
SECTION 8 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Order cancellations are allowed before processing. If payment has already been made, only 50% of the total amount is refundable. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Down payments for custom-made items are non-refundable.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can help you find your perfect piece. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition with complete packaging. The exchange value will be based on the price paid or current selling price—whichever is lower.

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, resized, engraved, or modified items are not eligible for exchange.
Note: All shipping fees are shouldered by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we allow replacement of the same style within 5 days of receipt. If you prefer a different size or product, it will be processed as an exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
Note: Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
